It is our goal to print the highest quality flag for you. If we made a mistake, please contact us and we will make it right.
If the flag arrived damaged or deemed defective as a result of our production error, we will send you a reprint of the flag with your original artwork or provide a credit to you for future purchase. Please contact our customer support team via phone or email to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label within 14 days from your delivery date. We do not accept returns on custom printed products.As well as we cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization number and require that you email us a photo of the defective flag.
